81年生,党员。EEE PhD。现任网投平台网址(中国)有限公司 教授,博士生导师;海南大学高等研究院副院长;南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室海洋信息感知与传输方向责任PI、学术委员会秘书长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴,海南省“515人才工程”第一层次人选,海南省高层次领军人才,海南省南海名家、南海青年名家、海南省“54青年奖章”、研电赛全国优秀指导教师等。IEEE 会员; IET 资深会员;欧美同学会常务理事;中国电子学会通信分会青年委员;中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部委员;中国海洋湖沼学会海洋观测分会委员;农业农村部海洋牧场建设专家咨询委员;海南省青年联合会委员。

专业领域:
   已经在IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE ACCESS、Springer Wireless Personal Communications等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文150余篇;获得国家发明专利16项,其他IP30余项;参与IEEE802.15.4-2011国际标准定制1项;主编出版专著和部分撰写6部。主持国家自然科学基金2项,主持或子课题主持国家科技支撑、重点研发3项,主持JKW,ZZ等子课题3项,其他部委省部级项目20余项。2015年物联网算法设计成果获得海南省科技进步二等奖,第一完成人完成单位,2018年室内精准超宽带定位成果获得海南省科技进步二等奖,第一完成人完成单位。2020年消毒机器人等设计成果在新冠疫情管控中作出突出贡献。
